City Planter at PHS Fall Fest
Join City Planter on September 24th at the Philadelphia Navy Yard as we celebrate Fall with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. PHS is hosting its wonderful Fall Garden Festival again this year and the celebration will be full of music, entertainment, children's activities and more! Even better? It is free to the public!
